摘要
蚕茧干燥过程中以全茧干基含水率计算出灶烘率较准确。本研究在实验室内测得半干茧及适干茧的全茧干基含水率分别为56.7%和8.7%。另根据现有理论烘率参数,推算出江浙鲁等地各季不同茧层率的蚕茧出灶时,主要干燥成数所对应的理论烘率值;同时探讨了任一干燥阶段的蛹体干燥程度随时检定的方法和标准。
Drying percentages of cocoon shell at out--stoving calculated based on the percentagesof misture content over total cocoon dry weight were more precise. The percentages of moisture content of half--dried and proper--dried cocoon measured in laboratory were 56.7 and8.7%, respectively. Based on the theoretical drying parameters used in the past, new theoretical drying parameters relative to the major drying percentages of cocoon shell at out--stovetime in various seasons in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shandong were calculated. A new methodand standard for measurement were developed for investigating the degrees of drying atany stages during the drying process.
