摘要
甘薯酮是病变和损伤红薯中所产生的一种肝毒性物质。报道了从伤病红薯中萃取、气相色谱制备及红外光谱鉴定甘薯酮的方法。
pomeamarone from affected sweet-potatoes is a toxic compound to animals. This paper presents amethod for the extraction, gas chromatographyic preparation and infrared identification of the ipomeamaronefrom sweet potatoes.
