摘要
建立了二十六种滥用药物的分离和分析方法。利用气相色谱（ＧＣ）分离和质谱（ＭＳ）差谱技术，二十六种药物都得到有效地分离和检测。此法被证明对中毒者的生物样品进行滥用药物及其代谢物的检测和鉴定是重要的和有效的。
separation and analytical method for 26 drugs of abuse was established. With the aid of GC separationand MS substracting spectrum technique, all 26 abused drugs were separated and detected effectively. Thismethod has been proved to be important and effective for the detection and identification of abused drugs andtheir metabolites in biological samples from poisoned persons.
