摘要
庞庄水库灌区用水优化管理计算机系统是为灌区优化调度而研制的决策支持系统,由数据库、模型库、报告生成系统、辅助系统和人机对话界面等5部分组成。在系统设计中,既考虑了实用性、科学性、灵活性等原则,也兼顾多数水库灌区的工作特点,做到了通用性。应用该系统模拟计算的结果表明.灌区可减少弃水量31.7%,多灌溉0.3万公顷次,并可增加水费收入5~10万元。
The computer system for optimal management of water use of the PangZhuang Reservoir irrigated areais a decision support system developed for optimum regulation of the area. The system consists of five partsof data base, model bank. report product system, auxiliary system and man-machine interaction interface. Inthe system design, it not only considers the principles of practicality, scientificality and flexibility, but alsothe charactsristics of most reservoir irrigated areas. making the system generality. The calculation results byusing the system simulation shown that the amount of absndoned water of the irrigated area can be reduced31. 7%, 3000 hectare/time more can be irrigated and 50000-100. 000 Yuan of water fee can be increased , too.
