摘要
本文提供了一种利用碱卤晶体的F_2心实现高密度、可擦除光存储的新方法。这种方法仅用M带光源就可完成写入、读出、擦除的全部过程。通过对F_2心转向效率随曝光强度变化的研究,认为F_2心转向的机制是二步吸收光电离,并提出了一种避免写入过程热漂白的实验方法。
A new method of high density information storage with F_2 center in alkali halide crystal was discovered.The process of writting , reading and erasing can be finished by using only one kind of M band lighThrough the investigation of reorientation efficiency with the strength of M band ligh,we considered that two-step photo ionization is the mechanism of reorientation and a chipper should be used to avoid unfavour thermal effect.
