摘要
本文简要报道了蓝光波段有机非线性光学晶体邻-二氰乙烯基苯甲醚(DIVA)的生长,分别在丙酮和乙酸乙酯的饱和溶液中生长出尺寸最大可达17×14×5mm ̄3光学质量良好的单晶体;测定了DIVA晶体在可见到红外波段的透过光谱。
Blue-light transparent organic nonlinear optical crystal0-dicyanovinyl anisole (DIVA ) was grown from solution in solvents of acetone or ethyl acetate. Single crystals of DIVA up to 17 × 14× 5mm ̄3 were obtained.The behaviours of crystal growth were discussed,and the grown crystals were also characterized.
