摘要
为了提高低压缸效率,降低热耗,白马电厂21号汽轮机更换了低压缸1～5级动、静叶片,其中末级叶片为新研制的660mm长叶片。对此长叶片进行了电厂动应力实测。本文介绍了该次测试的方法、过程和试验结果及分析。
Newly developed 660mm blades have been used as the last stage of turbine No. 21 in power plant Baima, when in theturbine 1-st to 5-th stages of LP turbine were replaced to improve the LP turbine efficiency and reduce the thermal losses.For the 660mm blades their dynamic stresses were measured. This parer introduces the method, process and results of suchmeasurement and gives an analysis as well.
