摘要
分析了孕育铁水低温静置对灰铸铁汽缸体内在质量的不利影响;提出改善汽缸体内在质量的关键在于降低原铁水硅量以及出炉铁水孕育后尽快浇注.
The disadvantageous effect of the low temperature calm of inoculated liquid iron on the internal quality of gray iron cylinder block are analysed. It is proposed that the key of improving the internal quality of cylinder block is decreasing the silicon content of liquid iron and strengthening inoculation and pouring the inculated liquid iron as soon as possible.
