摘要
论述了食用菌在自然环境中的地位和物质转化中的作用．从食用菌的营养价值和药用价值论述了其有益于人体健康的作用；还从资源、经济效益、环境效益等方面论证了食用菌生产是符合生态经济学原则的一项产业．
This peper discusses the status of mushroom in the natural environment and how it works when substance is transformed from one to another.Because of the nutrient and medical value,mushroom is confirmed benefical to human health,considering the resources and the economical and environmental benefit.The production of mushroon acgords with the principle of the ecological economies.
