摘要
在传统观念中，只有酸与减溶液才能发生Ｈ＋＋ＯＨ－＝Ｈ２Ｏ的反应．笔者认为：碱与碱，酸与酸，以及任何两种不同ＰＨ值的溶液之间，均可发生Ｈ＋＋ＯＨ－＝Ｈ２Ｏ的反应。
he traditional idea believes that the reaction 'H+ +OH-= H2O' Can only take place between acid and alkali. But the writer has considered that the reaction 'H+ +OH-= H2O' can take place not only between acid and acid or alkali and alkali but also between any two different solution of PH.
