摘要
本文用数值模拟与物理实验相结合的方法分析研究了一种相对论冷阴极二极管。研究了管内场致发射、爆炸发射、等离子体运动等特殊物理过程和二极管结构对二极管工作状态的影响,加深了对管内物理过程的认识,得到了一些有益的结论与启示。
In this paper,a relativistic cold cathode diode was investigated by means of numeri-cal and physical experiments.The effects of spccial physical phenomena in the diode,such as fieldemission, plasma cmission and plasma moving,on the diode operation are studied.Some usefulresults are obtained.
