摘要
介绍了汽车纵梁成型工艺及模具设计。该模具不用调换镶块,即可在一套模具上成型汽车左右纵梁。当纵梁较短时,可同时冲压左右纵梁。模座内腔采用通式,可用于超长纵梁的冲压,生产中只要调换一端镶块即可。采用该模具,可减少模具数量,降低成本,缩短模具制造周期,并适用于系列纵梁压制。
In this paper the forming processes of automotive frame side rails and the design of a forming die are introduced. left and right side rails are able to be formed by the die without changing any die segmentjand when a frame is quite short,both left and right ones are able to be simultaneously formed. A through die cavity is designed so that it is possible to stamp an ultralong side rail provided an end segment to be changed. In a word,the die has better imterchangeability.The author of the paper pointed out that using this die is able to reduce the varieties of dies,save cost,shorten the manufacturing period of dies and suitable for stamping serial side rails
