摘要
本文报告了以酒厂废料杂醇油为原料，在催化剂浓硫酸或阳离子交换树酯存在下，经加热回流与冰醋酸反应生成以乙酸异戊酯为主的混合酯。实验结果表明，此方法是可行的。
It is reported that fusel oil can be used for synthesising mixing esters mainly inclusding amyl acetate when it is heated and back-flowed with Catalyst oil of vitriol or canon exchange resin. Experiment result indicates this way is possible.
