摘要
本文阐述了PXG型皮革补伤消光剂的补伤及消光机理。补伤性能的体现在于补伤涂饰膜对伤残部位的填充性能、遮盖力、倒毛性能及色差消除效果。消光性能的产生取决于形成适当的非均相膜。该膜具有微观不平整的表面,对入射光产生较强的漫反射效果;膜内大量存在的微粒及复杂的膜相,导致了膜的光学不均匀性,对进入膜内的光波产生强烈散射。漫反射和散射综合作用的结果便产生消光。
n this paper, the mechanisms for covering and matting leather de- fects,with the application of Model-PXG Defect-covering and Mat-ting Agent for Leather,have been reviewed.Whether or not good cover-ing properties are obtained could be decided from the filling abilities,aswell as,the covering powers of the finishes on the defects,and hair-falling down characteristics or the results of the part- difference elimi-nation. The creation of the matting properties has to be dependent on theappropriate nonuniform phase film- formings. Thanks to its microscopicuneven finish surfaces,the coating films create an intensive diffuse re-flection to the incoming lights. And in the meantime,the micro- part-cles and complicated film phases largely existing in films,which result inthe optical film nonuniformity, give a strong scatter to the light wavesthat come into the films. Subsequently,the matting actions are producedby the comprehensive functions of the diffuse reflection and scatter.
