摘要
本文对高细度水溶型系列丙烯酸树脂皮革涂饰剂的合成工艺条件及应用效果进行探讨。采用丙烯酸酯类及乙烯类衍生物单体进行乳液聚合，再用氨进行微粒化，可使聚合物粒径达到０．０５微米以下。该树脂涂饰皮革具有涂层薄、革面毛孔和粒纹清晰，色泽自然、真皮感强，是高档软革的理想涂饰材料。
n this paper, investigations have been made into the title products for leather.relating to the synthetic conditions and the application effects.The components derived from acrylates and ethylenes are polymerized inemulsions. followed by the reaction with amines to form microparticle polymers,thus making the particle sizes of the polymers less than 0. 05u. The resins givebetter characteristics , when it is used in finishing leathers, such as thin films , cleargrains and hair pores on the leather surfaces , natural tones , and best feelings of trueskins. The title products are ideal finishing products for leathers.
