摘要
介绍了确定中小型柴油机磨合规范的一种现代方法。作者采用了铁谱测试技术,应用模糊数学理论与计算机技术进行数据处理,为制订磨合规范提供了可以量化的科学依据。将上述方法应用于两种不同型号的柴油机上,合理地缩短了磨合期,提高了经济效益。由此说明该方法是实用、有效的。
This paper is a systematic study of the running-inprocess of medium and low power dieselengine,using ferrographic technology. The data are computerised by means of fuzzy mathe-matics,thus revising the previous experience analogism used to set up running-in standard,and providing scientific basis of having data for setting up a new running-in standard.Resultsshow that shortening running-in time for medium and low power diesel engine is entirely pos-sible.
