摘要
装载机铲斗的铲装阻力是确定装载机牵引性能和总体参数的重要因素,铲斗的几何形状对铲装阻力有着决定性的影响。本文给出了确定铲斗几何形状的新计算方法,采用模型和具有部分宽度的实型铲斗在室内土槽进行了铲装阻力、满斗系数与其几何形状之间关系的试验研究,初步探讨了铲装阻力与铲斗基本参数间的关系。
The inserting resistance of loader bucket is an important factor for determining tractiveperformance and general overall parameters of a loader,but the geometric shape of bucketcan greatly influence the inserting resistance.In this paper,a new mathematical method fordetermining the rational shape of loader bucket is introduced. Indoor soil-bin testings of themodel and the real shapes of loader bucket with partial width have been worked out to re-search the relationships between inserting resistance and bucket shape,and its basic geomet-ric parameters as well.
