摘要
以降低直联式驱动圆盘犁功耗为目的,通过部件试验,分析了圆盘耕作阻力三分力与刀轴扭矩的分布特征及变化规律,对其结构参数和工作参数完成了优化,对驱动圆盘犁的研究开发具有较大的实用价值。
This research studies the tilling loads and optimizes the structural as well as working parameters of rigidly hitched power driven disk plow. Three component forces of tilling resistance and resistant torque acting on disk axle are measured through disk unit test. Statistic distribution and power spectra] density features of tilling loads, and their dependence on tillage factors are analysed. Accomplishment will provide fundamental reference for developing power driven disk tillage products.
