摘要
塔里木河干流及源流流域灌溉面积不断扩大；引水灌溉方法落后；超量引水；源流流入干流的水量大量减少，造成塔里木河下游河道部分干涸，致使沿河绿色植被不断减少，弃耕地逐年增加。利用膜上灌和渠道薄膜防渗等方法所节省的水，可缓解下游用水要求，且投资少，见效快。
The downstream reach of the Talimu river was partly dried in result of irrigation area expansion in the main reach and branchs of the Talimu river, poor irrigation method, over irrigation and storage etc.Meanwhile, the green vegetation along the river was gradually decreased and the discultivated land was yearly increased. The water saved by using of the irrigation above ground membrane and plastic membrane seepage control of canals can be used for downstream water demand. The measures have also the advantages of less investment and quick function.
