摘要
本文报导了采用激光技术对柴油机涡流室内流场进行实测的结果。用计算机及高速数据采集系统完成了试验数据的采集和处理。作者还模拟实验发动机建立了吊钟型涡流室内流场的计算模型,并进行了模拟计算。通过试验结果和计算结果的对比分析,研究了涡流室内流场及其随曲轴转角的变化规律。试验结果与计算结果有较好的一致性。
The flow field in the swirl chamber of a motored diesel engine was measured by Laser Doppler Anemometry (LDA). The experimental data were acquired and processed by a computer and a quick data acquisition and processing system. The authors also established a flow field calculating model for the bell type swirl chamber and had a computer simulation by simulating the tested engine. Compared measured data with calculated results, changes of the folw field with crank angle were investigated and the two results show fairly good agreement.
