摘要
缓蚀剂的无毒化是缓蚀剂研究领域的发展方向。本文研究的无毒缓蚀剂适用于碳钢─非氧化性酸系统。研制过程的依据是吸附型缓蚀剂理论与所测极化曲线提供的信息。本缓蚀剂由毛发水解液、乌洛托品、可溶性卤化物与嘧啶衍生物组成。主剂浓度低至０．１％时，缓蚀率可达９８％。小鼠经口急性毒性试验表明本缓蚀剂属于无毒。极化曲线显示属于混合抑制型缓蚀剂。
Thenon-toxicity of corrosion inhibitors is a main interest in the field of corrosion inhibitor research,This paper introduces a nontoxic corrosion inhibitor suited to the system of carbon steels and nonoxidative acids,The study is conducted in the light of the adsorption theoryof corrosion inhibitor and the information provided by the polarizationcurves deterlnined.Tbis inhibitor consists of hair liquid hydrolyzed byhydrochloric acid,hexancethylene tetramine,soluble halide,and pyrimidine derivatives.The inhibition ratio amounts to more than 98%withthe concentration of the main components in this inhibitor as low as.1%in weight.Acute toxic tests by feeding mice with the inhibitor show thatit is nontoxic. Polarization curves indicate that the present inhibitoris classified as of a mixed type.
