摘要
本文对１１例过敏性哮喘患者，用１００ｍｌ生理盐水作支气管肺泡灌洗（ＢＡＬ）。所有患者ＢＡＬ前均予以３００μｇ的舒喘灵雾化吸入，ＢＡＬ过程中持续鼻导管给氧（３Ｌ／ｍｉｎ）。ＢＡＬ前后分别测试肺功能。结果无一例发生严重的支气管痉挛，表明经纤维支气管镜行ＢＡＬ，对稳定期过敏性哮喘患者来说是安全的。
It has been suggested that fiberoptic bronchoscopy may induce life-threating bronchospasm in persons with asthma. The safety of bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) with installation of 100 ml saline solution was assessed in 11 allergic asthmatics.Asthmatic subjects had pretreatment with nebulized inspiration of 300μg sobutamol prior to BAL. Undergoing bronchoscope with BAL,oxygen was delivered via a nasal cannula(3L/min).Pulmonary function tests was performed prior to and immediately after the procedure.None of the eleven asthmatic subjects had clinically significant bronchospasm. These results suggest that fiberoptic bronchoscopy and BAL can be performed safely in stable allergic asthmatics.
