摘要
本文以粘红酵母RhodotorulaglutinisAS2.102,1001-2O-6R和深红酵母RhodotorularubraAS2.279为出发菌株,经紫外诱变筛选得到一株苯丙氨酸解氨酶高活力菌株Rh.glutinisNC06,其酶活力是亲株1001-20-6R的1.5倍。在最适转化条件下,肉桂酸转化率达57.7%,每升转化液生成L-苯丙氨酸11.54克,另外对NC06的生理特性进行了初步研究。
Three strain yeasts Rh. glutinis 1001-20-6R. AS2. 102 and Rh rubra AS2. 279 were mutagenised with UV irradiation. NC06,one of the mutants,exhibits 1. 5 times the phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity of parent 1001-20-6R. The optimum conversion condition was 2% the cinnamic acid,8mol/L. NH4OH, pH11. 0, and the reaction temperature was 30℃. Under the optimal conversion condition. L-phenylalanine was 11. 54g/L ,conversion yield for cinnamic acid was 57. 7%. In addition,physiology properties of NC06 were initial study.
