摘要
讨论了非程控用户交换机复式计费系统中信息采集机硬件和软件的设计。介绍了信息处理方式、信息采集接口和软件设计，并提出了系统设计的一些新思路。
The designs of hardware and software of the information acquistition processor for non-program control PABX are discussed. The information processing method, designings of data acquisition interface and monitor progrom are introduced. Some new ideals and methods are suggested.
