霍乱弧菌可溶性血凝素免疫保护作用的初步探讨

摘要 用本室分离纯化的霍乱弧菌可溶性血凝素及吸附霍乱菌苗免疫小鼠,用Wg_2(E1-Tor生物型)弧菌灌胃攻击,运用霍乱弧菌小鼠小肠粘附免疫抑制试验对可溶性血凝素的免疫保护作用进行了初步探讨。结果表明,可溶性血凝素对霍乱弧菌粘附小鼠肠粘膜细胞具有一定的抑制作用。 Soluble Hemagglutinin (SHA) of V. Cholerae purified in this laboratory and V. Cholerae-adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide (1.5mg/ml) were used to immune mice. Then, the mice thus immunized were attacked with Wg2(EL-Tor Biotype) by intragastric administration. The protective effect conferred by SHA to the mice was evaluated with murine intestinal adherence immune inhibition test. The results reveal that SHA plays a role in the inhibition of adherence of EL-Tor Biotype V. Cholerae to the intestinal mucos-al cells of the mice.
