摘要
对140名冠心病人随机分为4组,按规定使用小剂量阿斯匹林及硝苯啶。经观察发现:FxB_2/PGF比值为对照组>ASA组>NiF组>A十N组;用药后NiF、A+N组PAWP较前明显降低,Ci、Co、FS有所增加。结果提示:治疗量的NiF与小剂量ASA合用对TxA_2/PGI_2平衡、改善心功能效应最佳。
140 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) were randomly divided into 4 groups: ASA group, NIF group, and ASA-NIF group and control. TxA2 / PGl2 ratio was the highest in the control group and lowest in the ASA-NIF group: Being higher than that in the NIF group, the ratio in ASA group was the second. PAWP in NIF and ASA-NIF groups was lowered, though there was an increase in Ci, Co and Fs. It suggests that NIF plus low dose of aspirin is the most effective combination in regulating TxA2 / PGl2 ratio and in the improvement of heart function.
