摘要
用噬菌体Ｍ１３ｍｐ１８单链ＤＮＡ作探针，对二花脸和大约克夏猪进行了ＤＮＡ指纹的研究。采用六种限制性内切酶获得了高分辨率的、具有个体特异性的ＤＮＡ指纹图谱。这六种限制性内切酶是：ＨｉｎｆⅠ，ＨａｅⅢ，ＥｃｏＲⅠ，ＢａｎⅠ，ＴａｑⅠ和ＰｓｔⅠ。不同酶消化产生的图谱带数有差异，并有品种特征带趋向。
A study on DNA fingerprints of Erhualian and Large Yorkshire pigs was carried out using bacteriophage M13mp18 single strand DNA probe.DNA fingerprints were generated with high resolution and individual specification by six restriction endonucleases(Hinf Ⅰ,Hae,Ⅲ,EcoR Ⅰ,Ban Ⅰ,Taq Ⅰand Pst Ⅰ).Differences exist in number of hands generated by those restriction endonucleases and the band patterns generated show inclination for breed specification.
