摘要
应用光镜和透射电镜技术对１７头猪的淋巴结髓质进行了研究．结果显示：猪淋巴结的化质主要由粗细两种网状纤维及常与其伴行的成纤维型风状细胞和特殊型网状细胞、淋巴细胞和浆细胞、巨噬细胞以及一种强嗜酸伊红性的颗粒细胞组成，但其中淋巴细胞和浆细胞的数量远少于其他哺乳动物淋巴结髓质．无明显的髓素，髓窦小且不明显．
The structure of the medulla of the pig lymph nodes was studied by light and electron microscopy. The results showed that the medulla mainly consisted of two types of reticular fibers, the thick and the thin, and some type of cells such as B lymphocyte, plasma cell, macrophage, fibroblastic.reticular cells, etc. The number of B lymphoCyte and plasma cell are less compared with those in other memmalian lymph node medulla. Besides, it was found that the medulla also porsesses one type of cotriophilic gtanular cell and one spotal type of reticular cell. very small sinuses and no obvious lymph cords were observed in the medulla.
