摘要
本实验研究了Ag_2O掺杂snO_2气体传感器的制作方法,并叙述了传感器的烧结型的制作技术、测试电路以及气敏特性等。试验结果表明,Ag_2O-SnO_2气敏元件对城市煤气有根高的灵敏度,而对乙醇蒸气、NH_3和丁烷的灵敏度很小。
Silver Oxide-toped SnO_2 gas Sensor was prepsred by the sintering method. The fabrication, the testing circuit and the sensitve characteristic were described. Silver Oxide doped SuO_2 elements exhibit high sufficient sensitivity to coal gas, and low sensitivity to moni -tor aichol vapour,NH_3 and C_4H_(10).
