摘要
本文认为从二次原料中制备蛋白质是解决当前我国蛋白质供给不足的重要途径。其制备工艺简单，制得的植物蛋白质量较高，有广泛的利用前景。
The second-used raw material is waste residue that is once used in in-dustry.Exploiting and using the sceond-used raw material is an important way to solvethe lock of protein at present.The technology to separate plant coarse protein from cakes, waste residue and others is simple,and the protein gained from them has high quality.Ithas a wide practical prospect.
