摘要
鼠抗人ｒｈＧ－ＣＳＦ单抗为包被抗体，兔抗人ｒｈＧ－ＣＳＦ多抗为酶标抗体，建立Ｇ－ＣＳＦ定量测定的ＥＬＩＳＡ法。试验敏感度为０．０９５ｎｇ／ｍｌ．批内变异系数为７．３％，批间变异系数为１２．７％。临床初步应用证实１８例正常人群对照均未检出，３５例ＡＰＬ患者检出率为１４．４％（４／３５）．６例感染患者均捡出，平均０．３５±０．２５ｎｇ／Ｌ。
The mouse anti-rhG-CSF McAb was used as coated antibody. rabbit anti-rhG-CSF polyantibody as en-zyme linked antibody.Based on the ELISA method for detecting G-CSF was established.Sensitivity of the assay was-0.095ng/ml.and the coefficient of variation of intra CV and inter CV was 7.3%and 12.7% respectively. A prelimi-nary usage in clinic uses showed that the ELISA、was negtive in all the 18 normal individualS and 4 out of 35 cases、withacute protnyelocytic leukemia(APL )were identified.All of 6 cases with infectious diseases were above the sensitivity.and its mean level was 0.35±0. 25ng/ml.
