摘要
本文通过主喷供气压强、主喷嘴的结构、主喷射气流的速度和流量,讨论高速小流量主喷射气流的特点。介绍了主喷射气流的引纬过程,指出主喷射气流不具备输送纬纱飞越梭口的能力;主喷射气流从喷嘴射出后的有效作用距离很小,主喷射气流与纬纱之间的动能传递,是在主喷嘴的导纱管内完成的。
In view of the construction of main nozzle,its air supply pressure and flow velocity and dis-charge,the paper conducts a detailed analysis on wefting features of air flow from the main nozzleand concludes that the driving force of the air flow is transmitted to weft yarn in guide tube of themain nozzle ; air flow from the main nozzle functions to accelerate weft yarn and is uncapable ofconveying weft yarn over through the shed because of a very limited effectiveness out of the mainnozzle.
