摘要
本文以中国一家刨花板厂为例，用该厂目前使用的原料在德国弗劳霍夫木材研究所进行系统的工艺试验。试验设计和数据计算采用数理统计方法。试验结果表明，在生产过程中某些工段采用相应措施可降低原材料消耗和改善产品质量，提高经济效益，保持一定的工艺条件，可降低施胶量３０％。
This paper took a Chinese particleboard plant for
example. A syste-malic tecknology investigation using raw material both from the plant and
theWKI (Fraunhofer-Institute for Woodresearch) was carried out at the WK1.Theexperiment
design and data calculation were processed with a statis tical me-thod.The results showed that
the consumption of raw material could be de-creased, the quality of particleboard could be
improved and the benefit could beincreased with some measures in the production
prosess.Under certain technologyconditions, the binder consumption could be reduced by 30
percent.
