摘要
本文采用部分换血的方法，移去患者血清中部分抗体、抗原抗体复合物、补体，减轻对神经髓鞘的损害，用以治疗重症格林－巴利综合征，可以阻止病情恶化，减少或避免了气管切开和使用人工呼吸机。８例初步观察，效果明显。此法简便易行。
In this paper, partial blood exchanging therapy were used to remove part of antibody, antigen-antibody compound of the serum, in order to decrease the damage of myelin sheath and treat severe Guillain-Barre syndrome. Aggravation was prevented in this way and the possibility of tracheotomy and using artificial respirator may be avoided or decreased. Through preliminary observation of & cases,good results were got and it is a easy method to be used.
