摘要
应用１，２５二羟维生素Ｄ_３（１．２５（ＯＨ）２Ｄ３）、全反式维甲酸（ＲＡ）和小剂量阿糖胞苷（ＡｒａＣ）或无细胞胎肝液联合治疗骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）１８例，完全缓解（ＣＲ）２例，部分缓解（ＰＲ）８例，总有效率５５．６％，平均生效时间４５．９天，平均达标准时间５５．９天，疗效持续３个月至４年；未达疗效标准者血像也有不同程度改善，毒性可耐受。
Eighteen patients with myelodysplastic syndromes were treated by the combination of all-trans retinoic acid, 1,25(OH)2 vitamin D3 and low-dose Arac or cell free fluid of fetal liver preparation. Two of them obtained complete remission,eight of them obtained partial remision,the total effective rate was 55.6%Mean of occurance of effect was 45.9 days.The average time required to reach the standard was 55.9 days.The effect lasted 3 months to 4 years.The side effects were tolerable.
