摘要
观察到一例间歇性Ｍａｈａｉｍ型预激综合征，因旁束邻近动脉圆锥，在预激发作时引起ＱＲＳ终末向量改变（Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ６导联的终末Ｓ波和ａＶＲ导联的终末ｒ波皆消失）。作者认为凡旁束位于正常心室最晚除极区域的预激综合征，都有可能引起ＱＲＳ终末向量改变。
A case of Mahaim type of intermittent preexcitation syndrome was ob-served which gave rise to a change of the QRS terminal vector because of the accessorypathways adjacent to conus arteriosus (disappearance of the terminal S waves in leads I , and V6 , and of termianl r wave in lead aVR). We consider that just as all the accesso-ry pathways being located to the area of last depolarization of normal ventricles they mayoften lead to a similar change of the QRS terminal vector.
