摘要
本文报告三叉神经痛１８３例。４０岁以上占７７．１％，病程２～５年最多，右侧第Ⅱ支、ⅠⅢ支同时受累多见。药物治疗７７例，首选卡马西平。封闭治疗２０例，系半月神经节感觉根甘油注射。手术治疗８６例：三叉神经感觉根切断术、三叉神经后根减压术、三叉神经周围支切断术、三叉神经半月节电凝术及后颅窝微血管减压术等。对上述各种治疗方法的疗效，结合文献复习进行了比较和评价。
Abstract183 patients with trigeminal neuralgia are reported.Patients’age exceeded 40 years in 77.1%,The courses of the illness,were from 2 to 5 years in the majority. The third branch,and the sencond and third branches on the right side were affected frequently.Drug therapy was used in 77 cases,and the first selecting drug Was Tegretol.Percutaneous retrogasserian glycerin injection(block therapy)was accomplished in 2 0 cases.Operative treatment was carried out in 86 cases,including sensory root rhizotomy of trigeminal nerve,sensory root decomprssion,division of peripheral branches electrocoagulation of Gasserian ganglion microvascular decompression through posterior cranial fossa,The effects of various methods are reviewed,compared and evaluated.
