摘要
本文对34例肾盂结石伴肾积水行肾组织学及组织化学研究,并对其中5例进行电镜观察,发现34例中肾小球显示出多种病理形态学改变;经电镜观察5例均见足细胞肿胀,次级足突融合及肾小球基底膜膨出和系膜区的变化。由此认为肾小球病变可能与肾结石的形成有关。
Hydronephrosis of 34 case with nephrolithiasis were studied by histopathology and histo-chemisty, of them, five were observated under the electron microscope. The fusion of the secondary foot processes, swell ing of podocyte amd local expanse of basement membrane in the glomeruli were found. The miscellaneous pathological lesion of the glomeruli can be seen. It was believed that the changes of the glomeruli might be relatad to the formationof the nephrolithiasis.
