摘要
从应变展超晶格品体结构出发，利用错配度的概念证明了应变层超晶格晶格常数的表达式，从而为晶格常数公式的证明提供了一种新方法．
The representation of lattice constant in strained-layer superlattices (SLS ) is proved from the crystalline structure of SLS and by means of the concept of misfit in this paper,thus offering a new method for the proof of lattice constant formula.
