摘要
首钢近年来在19m^3小高炉和576m^3中型高炉上进行了喷吹矿粉的工业试验。结果表明:矿粉比小于30kg/t时,高炉顺行,1号高炉采用减轻焦炭负荷的热补偿措施,[Si]未降低,在矿粉比为11.74kg/t和16.06kg/t时,铁水温度分别降低32%和42℃,下渣(FeO)分别升高0.079和0.026个百分点,在炉渣碱度和硫负荷不变的情况下,硫分配系数分别下降了19.4%和27.2%。
In the last few years,the industrial experiments of ore fines injection were carried out in 19m3 and 576m3 BF at Shoudu Iron and Steel Co.The results obtained are as follows;the blast furnaces were operated smoothly in case of ore fines rate less than 30kg/tHM,with regard to 576m3 BF,the [Si] in hot metal wasn't reduced because of lightening coke load to compensate heat loss; the FeO content in slag was increased separately 0.079 and 0.026 percentage points and hot metal temperature decreased separately 32℃ and 42℃ in case of fines rate of 11.74kg/tHM and 16.06kg/tHM,the sulphur partition ratio was decreased separately 19.4% and 27.2% on the condition of constant basicity of slag and sulphur load.
