摘要
对WO_3料护炉的可行性进行了实验室研究。结果表明:炉渣的熔化性温度虽然与渣中WO_3含量有关,但在WO_3<5.56%的情况下,影响不大,均低于1400℃;含WO_35.56%的渣,随恒温时间的延长亦有粘度升高现象,渣中的钨以WC和W_2C形态存在,并以颗粒状沉积在坩埚壁上,形成保护层。渣—石墨润湿良好,能紧密地镶嵌在一起。可以预测:含钨渣具有比含钛渣更优越的护炉性能,而且对高炉冶炼不会带来困难。
The feasibility study on BF lining protection with WO3-bearing material was carried out in laboratory.The results show that the fusion temperature of WO3-bearing slag relates to WO3 content in slag but is less than 1400℃ when the WO3 content in slag is lower than 5.56%.The viscosity of the slag containing 5.56%WO3 increases with constant temperature time.WO3 in slag is reduced mainly to WC and W2C,which are deposited on crucible wall and become tungsten deposit,the WO3-bearing slag is well humidified with graphite and they are embedded closely each other.From above author conclude that protective effect of W-bearing slag for BF lining is better than that of Ti-bearing slag,and it will not get blast furnace operation into trouble.
