摘要
茂名石化公司炼油厂重油催化裂化装置能量回收四机组连续运行442天。轴流压缩机及蒸汽轮机效率达到了设计要求,但电动/发电机的外输电量小于设计值,主要原因是烟气轮机入口温度低、压力小、并有烟机靡损现象。针对上述问题,提出了改进措施。同时运行情况表明,国产大功率电机和烟气轮机性能可靠,可替代同类进口设备。
The four-component gas expander train of the RFCC unit in the refinery of Maoming Petrochemical Com-pany was runing continuously for 442 days.During this period,the efficiencies of the axial compressor and the steam turbine reached the design requirementsBut the output power of motor/generator was lower than the design values mainly because of lower inlet temperature and pressure and wear of the gas expander.In view of this situation,improvement measures such as adoption of new procedures for the start-up of the train and use of adjustable vanes for stator of the axial compressor were presented.
