摘要
本文通过灌胃染毒的方法,从光镜病理、电镜超微结构、酶组织化学及血清生化指标 诸方面,探讨丙烯腈和乙醇混合作用条件下,乙醇对丙烯腈肝脏毒性作用的影响。结果表明,乙醇能 加速丙烯腈对实验动物的肝脏损伤,也可加重其损伤程度。
The exposed rats have been given acrylonitrile,alcohol and mixed liquid by gavage,once a day, 6 days a week. With optical microscope, elextronmicroscope. enzyme histochemistry and seroenzyme activity assay, the present study investigates the effect of the mixed liquid of acrylonitrile with alcohol. The results have shown that alcohol can increase the speed and the degree of the effect of acrylonitrile on the liver of the rats.
