摘要
选用１０５羽８月龄健康太湖种鹅，对棉仁（籽）饼脱毒剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ的脱毒效果进行了试验。结果表明，在高比例棉仁饼（１１％）日粮中应用Ⅰ、Ⅱ号棉仁（籽）饼脱毒剂对种鹅产蛋性能和蛋的种用价值有明显提高，蛋重、孵化率分别相应提高０．４２ｇ，１ｇ；２．３０％，６．３１％，减少体内ＦＧ残留量，且减轻对器官组织的损伤，血清中ＧＯＴ活性明显降低。使用Ⅱ号脱毒剂的组３蛋重、孵化率比使用Ⅰ号脱毒剂的组２分别相应提高０．５８ｇ，４．０１％。
feathers of 8-month's old Taihu breeding geese were selected and divided into three groups with a female: male ratio of 1: 6.5-month's studies were conducted to determine detoxiability of two kind of home made CSM detoxification additives. The results showed that when detoxification additive Ⅰ、Ⅱ were used egg size increased by 0.429, 1gand hatchability by 2.30%, 6.31% respectively; free gossypol content in the organ tissues red nced; GOT activity in serum was sighficantly lower than control (P<0.01)egg size.hatchability of group 3 with detoxification additive Ⅱ is higher by 0.589,4.01% than group 2 with detoxification additive Ⅰ.
