春萝1号氮素吸收规律的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对春萝1号不同生育期内对氮素的吸收规律进行了研究。结果表明,尽管整个植株吸收的氮素随着生长发育的进行,呈现明显的直线增加趋势,但不同生育时期对氮素的吸收有很大的差异。幼苗期所吸收的氮素绝大部分集中分配于地上部的叶片,用于营养器官的建成。播种后30d对氮素的吸收强度进入第1个高峰期。5月16日~5月21日的5d内所吸收的氮素达443.8mg/株,为全生育期植株吸收氮素总量的15%左右。肉质根开始迅速膨大时,出现第2个氮素吸收高峰(5月27日~5月31日)。在这一吸收高峰期内,植株体的氮增量达到796.48mg/株。对氮素的吸收呈现两个高峰,且第2个高峰大于第1个高峰,这是春萝1号氮素营养的重要特点。无论是肉质根的干物质阶段积累量还是氮素阶段积累量,在整个生育时期内都表现出相同趋势,即随着生长发育的进行,呈直线性增加。收获时,植株氮素吸收总量约为3000mg/株,其中分配于地上部与地下部的氮素之比约为2∶1。 The amount of nitrogen absorbed by spring turnip No.1 increased linearly as the plant developed.There were significantly differences in the amount of nitrogen absorbed in different growing stages.Nitrogen absorbed in seedling stage distributed mainly to the leaves,and was used to form vegetative organs.30 days after sowing nitrogen absorption enter the first peak.During the 5 days(from May 16 to May 21),the amount of nitrogen absorbed per plant was 443.8mg,and made up 15 per cent of the total nitrogen absorbed.When succulent root began to inflate rapidly,the second peak of nitrogen absorption appeared(May 27 to May 31).In this period,the amount of nitrogen absorbed per plant was 796.48mg.There were only two nitrogen absorption peaks in the whole growing period of spring turnip No.1,and the seconed peak was bigger than the first one.Dry matter accumulation of the succulent root and nitrogen accumulation at each stage increased linearly as plant developed.At harvesting time, the amount of nitrogen absorbed per plant was 3000mg,and the root-top ratio of nitrogen was 1:2.
