摘要
用昆明种雌性小白鼠43只和20只分别用正常饲料和加VE饲料喂养至老.在幼年期(正常组),性成熟期和衰老期处死,用细胞形态计量学方法测定两类小鼠额叶皮质神经元中7种形态参数,并用t检验比较不同组别参数间的差异.结果发现,VE组与正常组比较,在性成熟期Vv1与Sv3有高度显著性差异;在老年期Vv1,Vv2,Sv1,Sv2,Sv3均有高度显著性差异.结果表明VE有一定程度的抗衰老作用.
To identify the effect of vitamin E on the neuron ultrastruture of rats,20 female Kunming rats were fed by normal forage plus vitamin E as an experimental group, while 43 female rats were fed by only normal forage as the control group.The rats of two groups were killed at their immature stage,sex-mature stage and aging stage. The neurons of frontal lobe of each rat were photographed under electron microscope. The cell morphometric methods was employed to measure the seven parameters of neurons,andt-test was used to compare differences between two groups. The results show that ratio of neucleus to cytoplasm(Vv1),volume density of neucleolus(Vv2),specific surface of cell (Sv1),specific surface of nucleus(Sv2),specific surface of neucleolus ( Sv3)in the aging mice of vitamin E group were smaller than those in control group (P<0.05).It syggests that the vitamin E is effective in anti-aging.
