摘要
本文研究用2-(5-溴-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)作显色剂双波长分光光度法同时测定微量铜和钴的反应条件。在pH5.0-6.0酸度范围内选择测定铜的波长对为545/1568nm;测定钻的波长对为585/495nm。于50ml溶液中,铜、钴含量分别在0-0.56ug/ml和0-0。48ug/ml内符合比尔定律。方法用于岩石矿物样品的测定效果良好。
A sensitive method for simultaneous determination spectrophotometry with 5-Br-PADAP has been established.The precise method is used for theselection of wavelength pairs.The measuring wavelength and reference wavelengh for copper are 545 nm and 568 nm,and for cobalt are 585 nm and495 nm.Thecalibration curves are linear in the concentration range of Cu(Ⅱ)0-0.56ug/ml and Co(Ⅱ)0-0.48ug/ml.The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of samples, with satisfatory results.
