摘要
本文提出了一种基于个人序的群决策准则——最多得票数选择准则和其它两种复合准则，并对这些准则的性质进行了讨论．
In this paper, a kind of group decision-making criteria based on individual preference orderings,the maximal choice rule, and other two composite choice rules are presented, and then the properties of these rules are discussed.
