摘要
二步开采法即是先采矿房,再采矿柱的方法。由于矿房、矿柱开采过程中的损失贫化率各不相同,它们产生的总的综合贫化损失率不同地直接影响到矿石产品的价值。经过严谨推导,得到总的贫化率、回收率与矿房、矿柱的各自贫化率和回收率之间关系,以矿石单位盈利为目标函数,得到二步开采法的采场优化模型,可通过计算机非线性优化程序求解。以广西某锡矿实际数据为基础进行应用获得满意结果。
Two-step mining method follows the sequence of stoping room first,then recoveringpillar.Since the dilution and loss percentages of room stoping are different from those of pillarextracting,the block′s overall dilution and recovery, which are decided by them, will produce a differ-ent value of ore products An exact relation between the overall dilution and recovery of block and therespective dilution and recovery of room and pillar mining are given。Aa stope optimizing model of two-step mining system is established by using unit profit as an objective function。The model is anon-linear program and can be solved with the help of computers.It beeing applied to a tin mine,located in Guangxi Province,a satisfactory result has been obtained。
