摘要 本文提出了水电站(包括常规水电站和抽水蓄能电站)以其空闲容量向系统提供补充事故备用之动态效益的定量评估方法。该法由可靠性指标年期望值计算和经济价值分析两部分组成.文末给出了应用实例。实例表明,该评估方法在计算上是可行的,所给出的效益的货币价值是合理的。 The dynamic benefits are of significance to economic benefits evaluation of emergency reserves of hydropower stations, and to optimum planning and operation of power system as well. But,how should they be evaluated quantitatively,there is still lack of ripe experience. In this paper,the authors suggest an approach for quantitatively evaluating the dynamic benefits of emergency reserves of hydropower station, had it allowed the emergency reserves of power system using the'idle'capacities of its own. A practical example is presented.
